Frequently Asked Questions

  • July 4th, 2026! We know that this is a destination wedding for most people. With that in mind, we ask that you let us know by this date if the trip doesn’t feel feasible for you.

  • To allow wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and revelry, we respectfully ask that, unless explicitly stated on your invitation, children not attend.

  • Our wedding will be completely outdoors, weather permitting! This is typically a great time of year in Wisconsin but with global warming, anything could happen. You will spend most of the day on grass. Please dress accordingly.

  • Yes, there is a lot of land available for you to camp on if you are interested. However, bathrooms in the house are limited and will be frequently occupied on the morning of the wedding.

  • On the Saturday of our wedding, we will have school bus shuttles transporting guests from our two recommended hotels in Spring Green (Spring Valley Inn and Round Barn Lodge) to the farm. These same shuttles will transport people back at the end of the night. The latest shuttle will depart the farm around midnight. You are welcome to camp on the farm the night of, if that would allow you to let loose a bit more.

You are also more than welcome to drive yourself to the farm. Again, we will make it possible for you to sleep on the property the night of the wedding if it makes things easier and more fun for you.

  • Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. We will be mowing a large lot on grass.

  • The terrain at The Farm has some slight hills and uneven ground. Guests will be undergoing short walks (6-8 minutes) between wedding events on Saturday. We will have a van transporting folks who need or prefer some assistance with these distances.

  • If you don’t have Jake, Courtney, or their parents’ phone numbers, please email us at cakewedding2026@gmail.com.
